Using this site
This website is provided by Magic Media, LLC for information about our services. Pricing and timelines shown here describe our standard offerings and may change; the terms of your project are the ones in your signed proposal or invoice.
Free mockups
Mockups are provided at no cost and with no obligation. Mockup designs remain our property until a build is purchased, at which point the final delivered website is yours.
Builds and care plans
Website builds are billed as a one-time fee. Every build includes a required monthly care plan covering hosting, maintenance, and the included automations. Care plans are month-to-month and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. On cancellation you keep your domain and site files; hosting and automations end.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate business information, content, and photos, and for holding the rights to any materials you give us to publish.
Liability
We do not guarantee specific rankings, lead volume, or revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
